If you want A+ service , speak to Eduard. I just got my new sq8 Audi and did not have to do a thing. Insurance, registration, plates and such were all handled by Eduard. Car was delivered to my place of residence at my convenience .

The absolute best customer service I've ever experienced!! I'm a first-time leaser, and I found Best Buy online after many cautionary Dealership experiences. I worked with Brian Frazer the whole time, who helped me get a low price on a 2020 Mazda CX-5 lease. Brian was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was able to get me a variety of lease options, and as I narrowed it down, he was able to bring down the original lease offer price on the Mazda. Overall, just a great example of outstanding customer service and transparency; which is a much-needed opposition to the typical bad customer service/slimy practices at dealerships. Highly recommend this place. I just got 2021 Volvo xc90 from here. Brian is one of their specialists, he helped me with the whole process. Picked up my new BMW today and cannot say enough good things about Eddie and the job he did. Follow-up: In September I ordered my second BMW M3 from Eddie and Best Buy Auto. I moved this year from the Philadelphia area which is where I got my first M3 from Eddie and shopped Fields BMW in Orlando, but they could not and would not touch Eddie's prices. When I told them what I could buy the car for the sales managers laughed at me and told me essentially they were not interested in my business. Eddie saved me $4,000 over what Fields was willing to sell the car at and it only cost $600 to ship it down here which took one day. If you live in the Orlando area you should get a quote from Eddie. He will save you thousands and provide outstanding service.

I have intended on writing this testimonial for some time. I have to tell you - hats off to this group! I have leased several cars through Audi, and always thought I got a great deal. I first called Best Buy to use as leverage, but there deal was just to sweet! The dealers here wouldn't even touch it. I got my A4 Prem + at a rock bottom price - still cant believe it!
